For all orders where all parts are stocked in th the UK and received before 2pm Monday - Fridays will be despatched same day (unless otherwise stated). Orders received after these times will be sent the next working day. 

Please note Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays do not count as a working day for despatch or delivery.

Should you not receive your item within the specified time, please contact us and we will look into this for you. However, we would ask you to please allow suitable time for delivery as delays in the delivery process can occur i.e. weather conditions and bank holidays etc.

Please note, in all circumstances, once goods leave our premises, the service passes over to Royal Mail or other selected courier service so we would ask you to please understand that missed deliveries, lost parcels, damaged items etc. are beyond our control and we will do everything we can to assist you and make sure you get a replacement as soon as possible.

Please note NEXT day delivery is only available for mainland UK and excludes all UK islands, Highlands and Northern Ireland. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Who pays for return postage?

We pay for return postage if the item is faulty, arrives damaged, or doesn't match the listing description. 

The buyer is responsible for return postage if he is returning the item because he changed his mind, or he bought the item by mistake.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
